Help Redeemer improve our signal in the Hudson Valley

Just today we had a call from a listener explaining that as she drives south from the area of our 101.1 Catskill/Hudson coverage, that she loses the signal.  This can be remedied.

Please help us improve our signal in the Mid-Hudson Valley.

If you live in the Hudson Valley and are a listener to Redeemer, you know that our coverage has become worse. Perhaps you listen to 105.3 FM in the Kingston or Port Ewen area. We come in pretty good there with our little 10 watt signal, but when you drive towards New Paltz, you lose us. Especially now that there is another signal that is interfering with us on 105.3.

This Newburgh interfering signal is causing us problems to 105.3 in West Shokan, Shokan, West Hurley and the Hurley flats. The problem is a high-powered translator (legally) located in Rock Tavern, placed on the air, and our little translator is just no match.

We also have listeners to 105.3 in Hyde Park and further south into Northern Poughkeepsie.  Here too, the interference is adversely affecting our signal.

We need your help.

Maybe you live in Olivebridge and tune us in on 88.3 FM, but when you travel on 213 West, you lose our signal right around the area where the NYC aqueduct crosses under the highway!

Perhaps you live near Catskill and travel to Northern Saugerties and you listen on 101.1 FM. But as you travel a bit more south, you lose our signal. As you travel into Poughkeepsie you lose our signal, and interference kicks in. Pleasant Valley coverage is spotty at best, especially with the new interference on 105.3.

We have a NEW signal that we can implement that will greatly improve our coverage and bless many people!

Please help us - the future of Redeemer depends on this new signal.

We call this
The Hudson Valley Project.  If you would like to know more and would consider giving to this project, please send your donation to:

Redeemer Broadcasting
P.O. Box 1520
Olivebridge, NY  12461

In round figures the equipment will cost us just under $50,000 to build this much-improved signal.

If we get the support we need, this new signal could be a reality before the end of this year!

Thank you.
